This webinar was given by Gennady Verdel and several members of the well-known Russian comic club in Israel KVN. They took us on a virtual tour of the history of Israeli humor and its transformation through time and mentality, based on different periods of Aliyah. We discussed the first comedians in Israel, their influence on the political situation in USSR, and the development of modern Jewish humor and comedy clubs.
They shared the secrets of specific jokes that have always been successful among Israelis and gave us practical tips.
