I learned that stretching is a multifunctional tool for developing body and mind. We discussed the benefits, how to stretch correctly and how it helps to cope with stress. We learned how to stop slouching, and reinforced the theoretical knowledge with practice exercises. Margarita gave us simple, useful, and interesting techniques for inner work and physical work with our bodies.
