Psychologist and journalist Eva Levit spoke about the importance of words and speech in our lives.. We listened to interesting examples of this in the Torah, and how words can change outcomes and channel positive energy. We learned why the Jewish sages believed that silence is good for the body, about the power of intention in prayer and positive thoughts.
